Welcome to Western Sydney International Airport’s first ever Master Plan (2025-2045)

We’ve built an airport that has room to grow and will set new standards in technology, comfort and convenience for the traveller. It’s sparking growth and promises substantial benefits for the people of Western Sydney, through local employment opportunities and improved access to services.

The public exhibition period for the 2025-2045 Preliminary Draft Master Plan, which ran from 6 June to 2 September 2025, has now closed.

We are currently reviewing all submissions received to determine what updates and changes are required to the Master Plan.

We will then submit the revised 'Draft Master Plan' to the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government for review and approval later this year.

The Final Master Plan will be available at wsiairport.com.au in early 2026 subject to Ministerial approval.
