Privacy Notice for Master Plan Public Consultation
WSA takes its privacy obligations seriously and is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
WSA's Privacy Policy can be found at https://wsiairport.com.au/privacy-policy and sets out detail about how WSA handles personal information.
If members of the public provide written comments about the preliminary version of the Master Plan, WSA is required to provide the names of those members of the public and their comments to the Minister as part of the application for approval of the draft Master Plan under the Airports Act 1996 (Cth).
If you provide personal information to WSA, including any sensitive information, you agree that WSA can:
- collect and hold that personal information;
- use and disclose that personal information for any purpose made known to you by WSA at or around the time you provided the information, or any other purpose permitted by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth); and
- use and disclose that personal information to WSA employees, consultants, contractors, third parties and government departments and third-party service providers and advisers for purposes associated with preparation of the Master Plan for Western Sydney International Airport.
