Part D - Forward Plans
Towards tomorrow, together.
The world will always be changing. And as a future hub for innovation – particularly in aviation, logistics and sustainable technologies – our airport won't just keep the pace of that change. We’ll lead it.
This means our ability to adapt quickly and efficiently is critical. From modular design, through to the newest tech-integration and smart infrastructure, our focus will always be innovative performance, driven by our purpose to meet the needs of our customers, community and all airport users.
What you’ll find in Part D
- Part D outlines the airport's development strategy over the next 20 years and beyond.
- It includes detailed plans for the airport layout at opening, the 5-year development plan, the 20-year development plan, and the ultimate development plan.
- The section covers the airport's land use plan, airside development, terminal and aviation support facilities, ground transport, utilities, non-aviation development, and airspace and airport safeguarding.
- The forward plans emphasise flexibility, sustainability, and innovation, ensuring that the airport can adapt to future demands and technological advancements while supporting economic growth and community development in Western Sydney.

- ANEC between 25 and 30
- ANEC between 30 and 35
